As part of the Sanriku Jukan Expressway, four large and small tunnels (Yagumo 1, 2, 3, and Mizuumi Tunnel) on an approximately 2.8km section, a large embankment and reinforced earth retaining wall, and the 184m Mizuumi viaduct upper construction Bridge 1 of the National Road 45 Kamaishi Yamada Road (separate name of “Road for Life”) with a total length of 23km between Kasshi Town, Kamaishi City and Funakoshi, Yamada Town, Shimohei County in Iwate Prefecture.
