Fundamental Concept

Kumagai Gumi revised the “Multi-Stakeholder Policy” in March 2025 in order to form better relationships with stakeholders through dialogue. We aim to co-create value not only with shareholders, but also with a diverse range of stakeholders, including employees, partner companies, business partners, customers, creditors, and local communities, and are committed to appropriate collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Integrated Reports
